I agree with the 2011 comment that the seat is comfortable. However in 2018, limited recline and seat pitch in Business Class is unexpected. Ditto the tray tables and (small) screens folding out of the armrest. Getting out of a window seat into the aisle is very difficult when the seats in front are reclined.

Comfortable seat in business class, electric seat controls, monitor, tray table and lumber controls in arm rests. Quite roomy, seat reclined to a comfortable position, however i was not on the flight long enough to sleep. Monitor was small, and audio plug was not connecting properly. Have 2 windows.
