What is Viva Aerobus' (VB) Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service?

Viva Aerobus (VB) does not provide an Unaccompanied Minor service. However, passengers of a certain age may fly alone provided the child's parents or guardians provide the proper permission at check-in. The child's parents or guardians must remain at the airport until the aircraft has departed.

What age does my child have to be to fly alone?

Your child must be at least 14 to fly alone.

What documentation is required?

The child's parents or guardians must fill out a form at a Viva Aerobus (VB) check-in counter upon check-in. As well, the child must have their CUPR and a picture ID.
