Founded in 2004, Vueling Airlines (VY) is a Spanish low-cost carrier. It is headquartered in Barcelona and has hubs at Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) and Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO). Vueling also has fourteen operating bases across Europe. Vueling flies to about 155 destinations. This includes 32 countries in Europe, seven countries in Africa and three countries in Asia. It also has codeshare agreements with British Airways (BA), Iberia (IB) and Qatar Airways (QR). Vueling's fleet of 101 aircraft consists entirely of Airbus planes configured with a single Economy Class cabin. The airline's parent company, International Airlines Group, also owns British Airways and Iberia.
