One of the worst seats on the flight. No recline, extremely cramped, and the window rattled the entire flight. Avoid like the plague if you hope to get any sleep on the flight, or if you're taller than 5 feet and 5 inches.

It was a bit bad.It is not a flat bad and a bulkhead seat.It is a little thin about the seat,but the only place I CAN ACCEPT is the space of the foot.If u have to ride the A330 for CX , the best would be A330(33K).

The seat is more like something that I have seen in premium economy than in business class on other airlines. It is next to impossible to get comfortable and in the reclined position there is no foot rest, so one's feet re just hanging in mod air. This particular seat is just across from a storage area that the crew accessed during the flight. That coupled with the general discomfort of the seat and ladk of padding makes for an unpleasant flight experience. The seat design is serioysly flawed and requires change.

Overall experience with customs and the service for this trip was not bad, but it can be improved as from what I can see from other carriers, they have already stepped up their game for servicing customers onboard. The only downside for this particular seat (The entire small section to be precise) is that all of the windows were really misaligned. So if you're an aviation video editor (Me included), I would prefer that you take Seat 44/K or Seat 57A/K. On the bright side, if you are looking for a 'private' economy class cabin and you don't mind the misaligned windows, you should get this section as there isn't any baby bassinet, hence giving you a peace of mind for your flight.

This felt more like premium economy than business class, although I guess you don't get as wide seats in premium economy normally. Can't really complain too much on a two hour flight and it's nicer than the old sweaty leather seats that used to be in this type of business class, but it doesn't feel like the extra cost is worth it over economy for short haul flights.
