This aircraft is used for international, premium transcontinental, and some domestic flights.

Delta has replaced the Delta One seats on six 767-300ERs with Thompson Solutions Vantage flat-bed sleeper seats, like those found in the new Boeing 767-400ERs. Delta is also updating the Economy cabin with slimline seats and personal onDemand televisions. The first routes to be served by these reconfigured planes will be flying on longer sectors of 11 hours or more.

Some of Delta's 767-300ERs have power ports in the first 10 rows of Economy.

This first class lie flat seat was comfortable enough, but when fully reclined, the space for your feet is very tight. I also found the space too narrow to get comfortable when flat. The service, of course, was excellent. I was fortunate that the seat to my right was empty. Otherwise, unless I was flying with my spouse or a colleague, the person might be a bit too close. I did not notice any separator panel like on some airlines.

Flew this seat from LHR to DTW. Did not like this seat as much as the one on the Airbus 330-300 I flew over in. Seat is not as easily controlled as the A330-300. Foot well when in lie flat mode is very small. Avod screen is small compared to the Airbus. If possible take the A330 airbus.

Excellent seat on my way from SLC to Paris CDG. I am 6'2" and my wife had 32F and I had 32G & we were very comfortable. I would take any day of the week 767-300ER over the a380 or 787-9 from boeing because of space specially if you travel with a partner. Thanks

Seat 32A is a standard economy seat. The IFE was good as the interior was updated, the window alignment was also very good so looking out was easy. This seat is located behind the wind, but close enough to watch the flaps move. I would recommend seat 32A if your are not flying first class or Comfort+.

I selected Seat 1A for both legs of a round trip from Pittsburgh to Paris. Overall, I am in agreement with the many comments which identify this particular seat as the best in the plane. This is because it offers maximum privacy, good daytime comfort, and excellent service. In my opinion, the oft-mentioned objection that it is located too close to the forward galley and toilets is moot because neither are visible nor really audible from that seat. This seat also allows you to be first off the airplane if you are in a hurry. On the negative side, the seat is really too narrow (even with the extra-large foot well) to provide proper nighttime comfort when lying flat, especially for someone of my size and bulk (Im 65 and 230 lbs). In this regard, it is actually inferior to the Boeing 757 Delta One Seat 1B I had on two previous Pittsburgh to Paris round trips and which was somewhat wider. Also, the Boeings 767-300 I flew on both legs of my journey were sad and worn-out planes which really showed their age. In particular, the entertainment centers were certainly not up to Delta One standards. The incredibly small (10) screens had poorly or non-functioning touch operation to the point that I gave up on them and used my laptop and own videos for entertainment. On the return leg, one of the forward toilets even had a bottle of water in the sink with a hand written note pinned to the mirror saying that due to the lack of water supply to that sink we should use water from that bottle to rinse our hands! This is completely unacceptable.

The seat (and 21A) were hard as benches. I could not sleep because of the pain in my butt. The row was very cold from the exit door. The food tray could not be moved forward from over my belly (which is not that big) so I could not eat or read comfortably. This was not comfort plus. The only advantage was leg room. Never again!

There is no overhead bin space for seats 14F and 14G. Bin is occupied with the emergency oxygen tanks and mechanics.

This was a last minute equipment change for a mechanical issue with our scheduled plane. I was assigned 2B but 2D asked me to switch so they could sit together. These seats are staggered so that the seat behind you extends under your table area when laying flat. The odd number rows have the window seats right up against the window kind of cramping a big guy like me. But, as someone else said, this seat would less likely get you bumped into by people walking down the aisle.

1A and 1D are, in my opinion, the best seats on the plane. Like all the odd-row A and D seats, they are positioned near the windows, providing a buffer between you and the aisle. Those in Row 1 are the most private, since there is no one in front of you. That creates an additional benefit of a much larger cavity for your feet when sleeping, as it's not constrained by the height of the side table ahead. The bathrooms are quite a bit forward, so there is no disturbance. The D side may be slightly noisier than the A side because there is more kitchen activity on the right side of the galley, but it is far away and visually blocked, so either is fine.

The seat are a standard Delta One lay flat seat - however: the leg room is less crammed since it is not constrained by the shape of the seat in front.

This first class seat has a track for a curtain around it. The curtain was filthy! Wadded up and stained. It makes a U-shape around the seat with a notation that it is for crew use only. I don't know what they use this special seat for, but the curtain is obtrusive.

20G. Note the tray table is in the armrest, there is a missing window behind the seat, and the window side armrest is attached to the fuselage and is essentially unusable. However, the recline is pretty good and legroom is great. Lavatory was not bothersome.

This seat is designated Extra Comfort. It is not comfortable at all. Lack of headroom, no window, and very little distance from row in front of it. Even getting in and out of the aisle seat requires one to be a contortionist. Recline position actually better than most.

Nice layout on plane for the biz class seats. However these are not as comfortable as the ones on the remodeled 757 planes Delta flys on the transcontinental route from LAX to JFK. The 767 seats have no padding on the armrests. What were they thinking? And the seat padding is not very cushy. Kind of firm actually. There is more let and foot room in the foot cubby than the 757 seats but the seat itself is not very ergonomic. Also the screens are smaller ( about 10" and are NOT hi def. The screens on the 757 are 15" and are hi def. so much better. and the 757 has live tv options. the 767 does not. On the 757 you do have to crawl over the aisle seat if you are at a window. on the 767 seat they are all aisles which is great.

I could not have asked for a more comfortable flight, unless of course I was in first class. There was plenty of legroom and the headrest was adjustable to it made it a bit easier to relax. The entertainment system in the seat in front of me was great. Tons of good movies and shows made the 11 hour flight very bearable. The updated Delta seats/upholstery were very comfortable. I flew in this seat from Salt Lake to Amsterdam and had the same seat/plane from Paris back to SLC. Definitely worth the upgrade to economy comfort.

The seats on this plane are so bad you can not possibly get comfortable in sitting up position or laying down position. They slant down toward your feet in any position and there is no place for your feet. I could not even feel my right leg after the flight from NRT to Portland I would not ever want to take this flight again and pay that much money for a first /business class ticket and be that uncomfortable

More limited leg room than usual in seats a,b, f and g. The center seats c-e have a lot of extra leg room but people including staff tend to cut through from one aisle to other here disturbing customers.

For this particular plane (Boeing 767-300ER) seats 20A,B,F,G and 21A,B,F,G have the most amount of leg room for the delta comfort class. The recline is still good and the proximity to the lavatories is not bothersome as there is plenty of room for people to go past and as the majority of the people who use them are behind you. I choose these seats on my trips between London and NYC a few times a year. there is about an extra 5 inches of room between the seat in front. I am 6 foot 2 inches and I had probably 5 inches or more between my knees and the seat in front. Also you have a great view out of the window, although a lot of it is wing. the only downside is that the seat cushioning is very sparse for some reason ( probably for dismantling purposes as it is an exit seat), so not very comfortable for more than a 6 hour trip between LHR and JFK. Overall i highly recommend. Also one other thing I noticed and discussed it with the staff of the plane. they told me the entire plane had been refitted as it was an older 767 which is not made anymore. The isle has less room, I am a big muscled man from working out but i never had problems waling down an isle on any plane before. They have definitely reduced the isle width to accommodate the new seats on the 767 series.

Although the configuration for tis plane is especially nice for the newly re-fitted DeltaONE cabin, I found the Comfort+ seats at the bulkhead to be nearly impossible to enjoy meals. The issue is that instead of allowing a tray to slide forward on an arm, the tray is pinned into a fixed distance between the passenger and the tray; and it is too close. This creates opportunities for several accidents to occur as people try to eat their meals and rearrange items once their trays are served. The legroom at the bulkhead is some of the most generous on Delta aircraft which makes longhaul flights in them much easier to handle.

I actually prefer this plane's BE class for JFK transcon routes over the newly updated 757-200's that Delta loves to brag about. Two key reasons: Direct aisle access from every seat, and great privacy on the window seats. Because of the staggered set up, every other window seat is buffered from the aisle by your side table (under which the feet of the passenger behind you go). The odd numbered rows have this benefit. On the even rows your side table separates you from the window. One caveat: the new 757 seats are better padded than these.

I flew from JFK -> LAX against some fierce headwinds. Flight took nearly 6 hours. I was in Seat 13A and was very comfortable for the entire ride. Ample legroom between the seat and the bulkhead. Easy to slip out past a sleeping seatmate. Only negative is that the overhead bins are small for this size plane and since you have to put bags up for taxi, takeoff, and landing, it can be tough. I had to go a few rows back.

I flew on this plane from Atlanta down to Santiago, Chile. A very pleasant red-eye ride. Most likely the best I've ever had. I upgraded into Premium Eco a few hours before the flight; paid USD149 which is quite a bit but very well spent. You do get some more attention by the crew. Service very good - especially on this flight as we had more than 100 empty seats. Seating was wide enough (1,81m tall), very comfortable this way. I can recommend Delta whenever possible.

Seat 15A has a good amount of legroom and the seat was wide. This is an Economy Comfort Seat which costs a $99 fee. It is worth the money for the long trip from Mumbai to Amsterdam on a Boeing 767-300ER. The service was excellent! This is the first time I flew on a Delta International Flight and on a Boeing 767-300ER.

Delta 155 on Oct 18, 2013, SEA to NRT, used a Boeing 767-300 and we sat on economy comfort seats 17F/17G. The overhead reading lights were misaligned; they were focused on our shoulders rather than on our laps where we would normally have reading materials.
